The cabinets are fully assembled and manufactured using 18mm high density particle board. The components are sawn 5mm over size, the components then go through a CNC router/drilling machine. Most units are dowelled and glued together wherever possible, other units such as tall housings and corner units are dowelled and camed together, we use 0.8 edging and we can use 2mm on the front edge if required. We use Blum hinges and drawers.
